All services are customized based on client needs and outlined in a formal agreement or invoice.
2. Payment Terms

- Full or partial payment is required before work begins, as specified in your invoice.
- Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
3. Project Timeline

- Timelines are agreed upon at project start and depend on client responsiveness.
- Delays caused by lack of feedback, content, or approvals may affect delivery dates.
- Urgent projects may incur additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback.
- Any changes outside the original scope may require a revised quote.
- Final approval is required before project completion.
5. Intellectual Property

- DotedLeaf retains rights to design concepts and drafts unless otherwise agreed.
- Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without written permission.
6. Refunds & Returns

- Refunds are only considered if work has not been completed and no final deliverables have been submitted.
- Once work has started or assets have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

7. Hosting & Website Maintenance

- Hosting services are provided on a subscription basis.
- DotedLeaf is not liable for third-party server outages or domain issues.
- Maintenance and updates are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
8. Confidentiality

- We do not share or sell client data under any circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
- DotedLeaf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are committed to resolving issues professionally and promptly.
