- Refunds are only considered if the project has not been completed and no final deliverables have been submitted.
- If a client requests cancellation before substantial work has begun, a partial refund may be issued, minus any time or resources already invested.
- In cases of incomplete work due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer a fair resolution either through a refund or continued service
2. Non-Refundable Conditions

- Once payment has been made and work has commenced, refunds will not be issued.
- This includes services such as:
- Website development and hosting setup
- Graphic design and branding assets
- Digital templates, guides, and educational materials
- Due to the nature of digital services, no returns or exchanges are offered once work has started or files have been delivered
3. Quality Assurance & Communication
- We encourage open, ongoing communication throughout the project to ensure satisfaction at every stage.
- Clients are welcome to request revisions within the scope of the original agreement.
- If you have concerns, please contact us promptly we’re committed to resolving issues with professionalism and care.
4. Additional Notes
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 3 days of project initiation.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- By engaging our services, clients agree to this policy and acknowledge the custom nature of our work.
